To subscribe to SullenVex™, simply select the subscription plan of your choice on our website. https://sullenvex.com You'll be directed to complete the payment process through PayPal. Once your payment is processed, you'll have immediate access to our services as per the chosen plan.


All subscription cancellations must be done directly through your SullenVex account

✓ How to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription

  • Log in to Your SullenVex Account, 
  • Navigate to 'Settings', 
  • Then 'Subscription', and select 'Cancel Subscription'.

SullenVex™ operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable. This Policy is in place due to the immediate access to digital content provided upon payment. We recommend using our free account option to evaluate our services before subscribing. 

However, refunds may only be allowed if you have not generated more than 10 Images. Our terms of service outline the specific cases when a refund request is considered, and you must adhere to those guidelines for eligibility. We cannot guarantee the speed of image generation or the results as they depend on the queue system and the AI model's capabilities. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for slow image generation or images not meeting user expectations. Please review our terms of service for further details on our refund policy and contact our customer support if you have any questions or need assistance.

As per our no-refund policy, we are unable to issue refunds for charges incurred due to forgotten cancellations. We encourage our users to manage their subscriptions proactively through PayPal to avoid unwanted charges.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. However, please note that upgrading or downgrading a subscription doesn't automatically adjust your recurring payment setup in PayPal. You'll need to make these changes directly in your PayPal account.

Once you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to our paid services until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your access will be revoked. 

Absolutely. We do not store any payment information on our servers. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal ensuring your financial data's security and privacy. 

When you cancel your subscription, your images stored on SullenVex™ will be deleted once your subscription period ends. It's important to note that continued storage of images on our platform requires an active paid subscription. If you wish to retain your images, please ensure that your subscription remains active. If you decide to cancel your subscription, we recommend downloading and saving any images you wish to keep before the end of your billing cycle, as they will not be accessible once your subscription concludes.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal content generation. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to child pornography (CP), deep-fakes, violence such as rape, kidnapping, promoting of human-trafficking or other unlawful activities. Generating such content is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and you will be permanently banned from SullenVex™. 

While we do not have access to images generated in private accounts, we fully monitor all images uploaded to our public gallery. Any content that violates our policy will lead to the immediate banning of the account responsible.

Our platform has filters in place that automatically detect certain prohibited words and themes, particularly those related to CP. If these filters are triggered, the account will be instantly banned without warning. 

Uploading disfigured, deformed, or otherwise inappropriate images to the public gallery is not allowed. We reserve the right to delete such images without notice. Please exercise responsibility and delete any images that are not appropriate, or keep them in your private gallery. 

Due to the severity of violating our content policies, especially in cases involving illegal content, bans are final and cannot be appealed. We take these matters seriously to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform and its users.
